Any paid engagement with NeptoLab is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, contract, or order form) that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property, warranties, and termination rights. These Terms do not by themselves create a service engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, code samples, and design — is owned by NeptoLab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from this site without our written permission, except for ordinary browsing and limited personal use.
