Common questions

Do you work directly in our tenant, or in a sandbox first?
All configuration work begins in your development or test tenant. We follow your transport governance and only move changes to production with documented approval. For greenfield work without an existing landscape, we can stand up a sandbox under your BTP account.
Can you integrate SuccessFactors with non-SAP systems?
Yes. Common integrations include payroll providers (ADP, Workday Payroll), identity providers (Azure AD, Okta), finance systems, and learning platforms. We build these as CPI iFlows with PGP encryption, retry handling, and monitoring dashboards in the Integration Suite.
What does engagement scope look like in practice?
Typical scopes range from a single iFlow or MDF object (1–2 weeks) to a Work Zone portal rollout with EC integration (8–12 weeks). Every scope is fixed-deliverable with a written acceptance test. Hourly work is available for stabilization and post-go-live support.
Do you handle SuccessFactors release upgrades?
Yes. We review the half-yearly release notes against your configuration, identify breaking changes and opt-in features worth adopting, and execute a regression test plan in your preview tenant before the production release window.
